Refund Policy

At Digipixeline, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet our clients’ expectations. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable if Digipixeline fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to its own fault.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services that have been initiated and partially or fully completed.
- Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary information, content, or approvals.
- Changes in project scope after the commencement of services.
2. Full Refunds
- A full refund may be granted if:
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of project initiation, provided that no significant work has been completed.
- Digipixeline is unable to commence the project due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- If the client decides to discontinue the project after partial work has been completed.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
4. No Refunds
No refunds will be provided for:
- Completed projects or services delivered as per the agreed scope.
- Ongoing subscription-based services, such as social media management or SEO, where services have already been rendered.
- Digital products, downloadable content, or third-party subscriptions procured on behalf of the client.
5. Refund Request Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@digipixeline.com with the following information:
- Project name
- Client name
- Reason for the refund request
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
6. Third-Party Costs
- Any costs incurred for third-party services, such as domain registration, hosting, or paid tools, are non-refundable.
7. Force Majeure
- No refunds will be issued for service interruptions or delays caused by circumstances beyond Digipixeline’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
