Cancellation Policy

At Digipixeline, we strive to deliver exceptional services to our clients. However, if you need to cancel a project or discontinue services, the following terms apply:

1. Project Cancellation

  • Clients may request a cancellation by providing written notice via email to contact@digipixeline.com.
  • Cancellation requests should include the project name, client name, and reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of project initiation may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the service.

2. Ongoing Services Cancellation

  • For ongoing services such as social media management, SEO, or content marketing, clients must provide at least 30 days’ written notice to terminate the service.
  • Any payments due during the notice period must be settled before service termination.

3. Refund and Charges

  • If work has already been initiated, a prorated amount may be refunded based on the percentage of work completed.
  • No refunds will be provided for completed work or services rendered before the cancellation notice.
  • Any third-party service charges or subscription costs incurred before cancellation are non-refundable.

4. Immediate Termination by Digipixeline

Digipixeline reserves the right to terminate services immediately without notice under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of fees beyond the due date.
  • Breach of terms outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
  • Involvement in illegal or unethical activities.

5. Effect of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, Digipixeline will provide any deliverables that have been paid for and completed.
  • Access to any service or platform managed by Digipixeline may be revoked immediately upon termination.
