1. Scope of Services

Digipixeline provides custom web design, website development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), Google My Business optimization, branding, and calculation utility tools. Each client project is governed by a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or project quotation.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, designs, branding, logos, trademarks, and content displayed on this website are the proprietary property of Digipixeline unless stated otherwise. Upon receipt of full payment for contracted bespoke web development or creative work, intellectual property rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client, while Digipixeline retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.

3. Client Responsibilities & Content

Clients are responsible for providing necessary assets, text copy, images, API access keys, and feedback in a timely manner. The client warrants that all materials supplied do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or copyright.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Service fees, retainer charges, and payment schedules are specified in individual client proposals. Project milestone payments are non-refundable once milestone sign-off has been granted. Invoices must be cleared within the agreed credit timeline.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Digipixeline employs industry best practices and proven algorithms; however, search engine ranking algorithms (Google, Bing) and ad network review policies (Meta, Google) remain under the exclusive control of third-party platforms. We do not guarantee specific rank positions or sales numbers.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
