At Digipixeline, once a project or service has been initiated, cancellations are generally not possible. Refunds will only be considered if:
- A cancellation request is made before the service has started.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
